7.	Entrance Fees, Subscriptions and other Dues
	7.1	The following types of fees and subscriptions in the amounts as may be determined from time to time by an ordinary resolution of the Ordinary Members at an AGM or EGM shall be payable to the Association;
		7.1.1.	Ordinary Member Entrance Fees.
		7.1.2.	Associate Member Entrance Fees.
		7.1.3.	Ordinary Member Annual Subscription.
		7.1.4.	Associate Member Annual Subscription.
		7.1.5.	Subscription of additional official representative from a branch campus of an Ordinary Member.
	7.2	Entrance fees shall be payable by an applicant whose application for ordinary or associate membership as the case may be is approved by the Council.
	7.3	Annual subscriptions shall become due on the first day of each year and shall be payable within 60 days thereof.
